Oxford University Press web, Oxford Owl, has 240 free e-books for children, fun activities and useful information about learning to read.
The e-books, from several series, and in age bands, have the option for listening. Some books have optional related play activities, e.g. put pictures of the story in the right sequence; answer questions about the story; link or make words.
